The luxurious and private Villa Tinadora is newly built in 2005 and is characterized by both modern and traditional architectural styles. It is located in the outskirts of the village of Aghia Triada which is 10 km from the town of Rethymno and 3 km from beautiful sandy beaches. The villa is surrounded by beautifully kept grounds and from the verandas you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, olive trees, sea and its own graphic shaped swimming pool. The villa is about 220 sqm and can easily accommodate 8 people.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is made up of 2-stories. The first floor is comprised of a very spacious open plan living/dining room area with fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen is open to the living/dining room areas and is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.). Also on the first floor are 1 bedroom with two twin beds and a bath/WC. A staircase leads to the second floor where there are an additional 3 very spacious bedrooms with high-beamed ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds and one has a double bed.
Each bedroom has its own bath/WC and built-in closet. Additionally on this upper level a washing machine is available.

The villa is surrounded by very large verandas on both levels that are all furnished with tables and chairs. The swimming pool with attached children's pool is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas.
